“We were happy with that design because it suited our block, and the open plan layout inside made it look even bigger than it is,” said Trent. “We particularly like the 2.7 metre ceilings. They add to the impression of space inside, compared with standard 2.5 ceilings.”

With the design decisions made, Trent and Agnieszka were once again happy with the way the building project proceeded.

“We liked the way Grady Homes went about it,” said Trent. “It’s all straightforward. They cover everything, and make sure you know about all costs that will be incurred.”

Construction proceeded without a hitch and Trent and Agnieszka took possession of the home in time for a happy Christmas.
